Visit Kruger National Park guided with Wild Werx

Kruger Park - Wild Werx Style

20.000 km2 of the most beautiful safari landscape

Kruger is home turf for us — literally. Kevin, one of our founders, lives right on the edge of the park and has spent years building a trusted network in the area. That means Wild Werx guests get access to private lodges, expert local guides, and behind-the-scenes conservation work most travelers never see. Whether you’re after a luxury lodge, a walking safari, or a proper off-the-grid adventure, we’ll make sure your time in Kruger is the real thing — not just the brochure version.

Kruger Park / Greater Kruger

We guide safaris in both Kruger National Park and the Greater Kruger reserves — each with its own strengths. In the national park, you get access to one of Africa’s largest and most iconic wildlife areas, with the chance to cover long distances and explore diverse habitats. The Greater Kruger, made up of private reserves that border the park with no fences in between, offers more exclusivity: fewer vehicles, off-road sightings, and private lodges. With our local knowledge and Kevin’s network on the ground, we’ll help you choose the best fit — or combine both for a full picture of this incredible region.

Key Facts about The Kruger Park

Kruger National Park is one of Africa’s largest wildlife reserves, covering nearly 20,000 square kilometers—about the size of New Jersey. It’s home to an incredible variety of animals, including over 500 bird species, 140 mammals, and, of course, the Big Five. The best time to visit depends on what you’re after: the dry winter months (May–September) offer better wildlife sightings as animals gather around water sources, while summer (October–April) brings lush landscapes, newborn animals, and excellent birdwatching. No matter the season, Kruger with Wild Werx means seeing the park at its best.
